About the layout
all the fun and joy of making it
Looking at this layout now, after all the hard work is done, I can only say I think it's one of my best ones so far. I spent the entire evening, and now the entire morning making it, so it's about 8 hours all together. I talked to Kara from Angelus Tears yesterday, and I promised to make her an angel/human layout, which in the end turned into this, an angel/fallen angel one. Well, Kara, I hope you like it ;) I did my best. I know the colors aren't what you had in mind, but I just had to make them this way.
The words written on top are something that came to me inspired by the beautiful Luis Royo image I used here, but they were also inspired by my conversation with Kara.
Here are the avatars I made to go along with this layout. They were all 100x100 originally, but then I added the shadows, so they're 114x114 now. They all feature the artwork from Luis Royo's Fallen angel series, from the III Millenium artbook.

This layout has some pretty complex coding behind it, tables and divs, and I'd appreciate it if you'd leave the coding as it is, and follow my instructions carefully, to use the layout to it's fullest. This layout is coded in valid XHTML and valid CSS.
If you want to keep it that way, be sure to validate your pages after any changes have been made.
The layout's been tested with Internet Explorer 6.0 and Mozilla Firefox 1.0. There's a bug in Opera which I haven't yet been able to fix. If anyone knows a way, please help me out.
