About the layout

and the story behind it

Well, I started making this layout quite a while ago. I was really
into the color scheme I was using, and I loved it, but after a while,
I kind of forgot about it. So, a couple of days ago, I was going through my files and stumbled across this one, titled only as "new". So I finished it. And I absolutely love it.

The layout features a girl from the series Magna Carta. It was extracted and edited by me. I used a couple of brushes from Hybrid Genesis, and added some abstract shapes here and there.
The biggest problem I had was about naming the layout. Since the Depeche Mode show was on the 22nd, and I didn't get to go, I decided to name it Preciouss, in honour of one of my favorite songs from their newest album. And the colors are crazy enough :)

This layout is coded in valid XHTML and valid CSS.

The layout's been tested with Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and Opera 8.
